The Problem
Aside from the moral obligation to ensure employees commit to safe and sound practices, workplace injuries and (God Forbid) fatalities are very costly for companies. There are medical costs, compensation costs, legal costs, among others as well as the Public Relations damage.


What can Health and Safety Illustrations and Multimedia do?
In-house Health and Safety Training is good and necessary in certain situations, but sometimes people will slowly forget the information they learned within time. That's why illustrations in the form of posters or handouts are powerful because having them available at your disposal all the time will serve as a constant reminder so the information won't be forgotten.

Health and Safety Illustrations will create Health and Safety awareness, by highlighting the Hazards in the workplace and illustrating the proper precautions to reduce incidents, and the proper way to rectify the situation. These illustrations are especially helpful for organizations that employ illiterate or semi-illiterate workers, which is prevalent in many countries today that rely heavily on immigrant workers. These illustrations can overcome the language barrier because of the power of pictures. And because these illustrations are custom made they can be translated into any language required.

What's my Goal?
My goal is to become a leading provider of exceptional Health and Safety Illustrations and Multimedia. I wish to produce illustrations and Multimedia that will help make Health & Safety training fun, interactive, stimulating and interesting to learn as opposed to boring training that will feel like a bothersome chore for employees. People shouldn't be spoon fed boring Health & Safety education. It should be fun, interesting, and interactive; otherwise all the information will be forgotten within time. Make Health & Safety Training Fun, Interactive, Interesting and Easy to Learn.


About me
My name is Saif Mosa, and aside from a family business I design illustrations for Health and Safety. I've been sketching throughout my life, and feel grateful to do something enjoyable and that can potentially save someone from an injury or death. I studied Multimedia (Bachelors) at the American University of Sharjah in the UAE, and then studied Computer Animation (Diploma) at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Toronto, Canada. I use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and most importantly my beloved IPAD :)

I'm originally from Iraq having been brought up in Dubai, UAE and Toronto, Canada for which I am very grateful.

I'm currently in Dubai with my wife and 2 beautiful (and occasionally naughty) daughters.
